รายวิชากสิกรรม (Natural agriculture) เป็นศึกษาความหมาย ลักษณะ ความสำคัญ แนวคิดทฤษฎีและหลักการของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การนำองค์ความรู้ตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในชีวิตประจำวันของตนเองและชุมชน
วัตถุประสงค์เชิงพฤติกรรมของรายวิชา
LO1 : ผู้เรียนสามารถมีความรู้ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
LO2 : ผู้เรียนสามารถมีความเข้าใจปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
LO3 : ผู้เรียนสามารถรู้จักใช้สติปัญญาในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการปรับตัวให้สามารถดำรงชีวิตในสังคม
LO4 : ผู้เรียนสามารถประยุกต์ใช้สติปัญญาในการแก้ไขปัญหาดำรงชีวิตในสังคม
LO5 : ผู้เรียนสามารถสามารถปรับตัวตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
